The main house consists of two double rooms 'Lavezzi' and 'Cavallo', as well as a mezzanine with two 90x190cm beds, and the other four double rooms are attached to the building with their own private and individual access. Each room is equipped with TV, mini-bar, Nespresso machine and kettle for an independent breakfast.
The living area is a large space opening onto the sea with a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, all opening onto a 60 m2 terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea and the islands.
The 48 m2 Pool House has a fully equipped summer kitchen (pizza oven, professional plancha, gas and induction hob, ice maker, two wine cellars, dishwasher, two refrigerators with freezer compartment, two sinks).
Table seating up to 12 people, toilet, shower, swimming pool, lounge area for sunbathing area including 9 single and 2 double deckchairs.

The rental rate includes :
Household and bathroom linen (1 change per week for a 15-day stay)
Beach towels, pool towels and bathrobes provided (1 change per week for a 15-day stay)
Daily cleaning: 4 hours cleaning 7 days a week
Check-out cleaning: 12 hours
Possibility of additional cleaning hours at 20 € per hour for ironing, shopping, breakfast preparation or other services.
A parking lot for 6 cars inside the domain.
